36 Hour Ride/7hr. update

Just completed  7 hours here at fuel, ride s:tarted at 6 pm, it’s now just after 1 am and it’s now Friday.  Stats are as follows: AHR 83, APM 79, TOT TST apx. 74 miles, CAL apx. 1632. I’m feeling strong heading into the night.  Very happy to hear that Lebron James has chosen Minn.:).  At least tha’s somewhere close to Chicago. Additional updates to follow.

    I was drawing attention to the fact that i really dont care where the guy ended up ….the drama was simply pathetic and I didn’t want to play into it….i couldnt change the channel at the venue cuz i was strapped to the bike. Now this is a guy who has way to much time on his hands and all he does is play basketball? Hmmmm Gotta get you down for some of these long rides….Emerson wants you aboard.
