Ride IV Reason Blog

Got set up at the venue here at Fuel and while its definitely warm in here, the fans are up and running and there is a nice draft around the bike.  Took the extra time to stretch, prep liquids, etc…Kathy and Connie will crew for the first chunk of the ride.  Hearing that a BBQ will be hosted here tomm evening w/some local youth baseball players.  Pls feel free to text or email your words of encouragement as I proceed thru the ride, it always helps.  The training I do during the week in the heat of the day both in my driveway and on the prairie will help in this particular venue w/the temps being a bit warm.  Time to just do…..have a good evening.   See you on the other side…..
